Accounts Payable Clerk/Client Collections - Bloomfield Hills, Michigan Office - (1 Position Available)
This full-time position is located in our Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office and will report to the Accounting Supervisor. Accounts payable responsibilities will include: processing all internal client check requests, data entry, back-up to preparing operating checks and making bank deposits for the escrow accounts and firm deposits, providing client service as it relates to providing copies of requested bills/invoices, and creating various accounting reports. Collection responsibilities will include: assisting in sending out short pay notices, conducting follow-up calls regarding reminder statements and processing write-offs. A qualified candidate should have strong computer skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook experience. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience. Excellent customer service skills.
