Hall named Real Estate/Transactional Practice Group Leader

Bloomfield Hills , MI —February 8, 2008—Plunkett Cooney recently named shareholder Randall R. Hall as the firm’s Real Estate/Transactional Practice Group Leader.

A member of the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office, Hall will provide direction and oversight on client service issues, develop and direct the group’s marketing and business development initiatives, and further advance other areas key of focus for the Real Estate/Transactional Practice Group.

Hall practices primarily in the areas of banking, real estate and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in financial transactions, including a recent $100 million syndicated mortgage loan. He also represents landlords and tenants in leasing transactions.

Hall joined Plunkett Cooney in 1988 and became a partner in 1991. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Business Law and Real Property Law sections. He also serves on the Mortgages and Financing Devices Committee of the Real Property Law Section.

Hall received his undergraduate degree, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan in 1975 and his law degree, cum laude, from University of Michigan School of Law in 1978. He has earned Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating-AV.
