Franks has also defended and advised creditors in bankruptcy matters and preferential transfer proceedings.
Franks also has experience in corporate law. He has advised corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, state and federal regulatory issues, corporate governance issues, and other corporate matters.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003, Franks received numerous academic achievements, including Order of the Coif and the Andre M.
