John F. Potvin

John F. Potvin is a partner in the firm’s Mount Clemens office who focuses his practice in the areas of title insurance, real estate law, agency liability and premise liability.

 Mr. Potvin is a former Commander of the 106th Judge Advocate General Detachment and served as a reserve officer in the Army Judge Advocate General Corps for over 25 years. He is a past president of the Macomb County Bar Association, the Macomb County Bar Foundation and is an active member of the Michigan State Bar Military Law Committee. Mr. Potvin also attended the Judge Advocate General School in Charlottesville, Virginia.

• Successful representation of several national lending institutions involving mortgage priority issues involving real estate in excess of $1,000,000
