A. Tony Taweel

A. Tony Taweel is a litigation attorney in the firm’s Detroit office who concentrates his practice in the areas of medical liability, trucking and transportation litigation and premises liability matters. Mr. Taweel practices in both state and federal courts.

His clients include doctors, hospitals, transportation and logistics companies and businesses in various industries that are involved in litigation. Many of his cases involve multiple parties and complex legal issues pertaining to personal injury and property damage claims often seeking significant damage amounts.  

Representative Client Work

• Following a four-week trial, successfully defended to jury verdict a national sanitation removal corporation in a wrongful death suit where significant damages were sought
• Provides defense counsel in multiple states as a trucking litigation counsel team member for a multi-million dollar national sanitation removal corporation
