William D. Booth

William D. Booth is one of Plunkett Cooney’s senior litigators who focuses his practice in the areas of professional liability – architects’ and engineers’ liability, product liability and alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Booth has held leadership positions in numerous legal organizations throughout his legal career. He is a past President of the Oakland County Bar Association and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Mr. Booth has been honored by his peers for 22 consecutive years with his nomination for inclusion in the 2006 edition of The Best Lawyers in America ® for Personal Injury Litigation (Copyright 2005 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.).
