Denise Boucke

Human Resource Manager Denise Boucké is responsible for a department that provides a full-range of Human Resources and office services to over 320 employees.

A member of the firm’s Hiring, Diversity and Women's Initiative committees, Ms. Boucké works closely with the attorney coordinator of Plunkett Cooney's annual Summer Associate Program and assists the firm's management team in coordinating the activities of our Associate Development Committee. In addition, Ms. Boucké is responsible for managing the firm's web-based performance management system, which provides professional and support staff with ongoing performance feedback.

During her more than 15 years as a Human Resource professional, Ms. Boucké has managed a variety of programs and responsibilities including strategic planning, organizational development, employee relations, conflict resolution and counseling, recruitment and training. She is certified as a Human Resource Management Professional and Mediator.
