Katherine Mendel is a member of the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office where she works in the Professional Liability practice group. She concentrates her practice in the area of legal, accounting, and real estate malpractice.
As a Plunkett Cooney summer associate in 2006, Ms. Mendel gained experience alongside members of the firm’s practice groups in the appellate and complex litigation groups. Additionally, she completed an internship in the Detroit Immigration Court.
Ms. Mendel graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School cum laude where she was an Assistant Editor of Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, Missouri. While there, she participated in the school’s study abroad program and studied in Madrid, Spain for a year.
