A partner in the firm’s Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, Michael E. Moore represents regional and national financial institutions in the areas of banking law and creditors’ rights.

Mr. Moore is a member of the firm’s Grand Rapids office, who practices in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial loan workouts, loan restructuring, secured transactions, real estate, foreclosures, receiverships and bankruptcy.

Mr. Moore is a 1994 graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, and he received his undergraduate degree in 1990 from Michigan State University. Following graduation from law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Honorable William L. Cahalan of the Wayne County Circuit Court.

Mr. Moore is licensed to practice in the state courts of Colorado and Michigan, as well as in the federal courts of Michigan and Illinois. He is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
