Practice-Specific Experience
A member of Plunkett Cooney’s Medical Liability Practice Group, Paul J. Dwaihy concentrates his practice on defending medical liability and is a key member of the birth trauma team.
Mr. Dwaihy represents hospitals and physicians in all medical malpractice matters, including cases involving obstetrics, gynecology and neonatology. He has significant experience dealing with cases ranging from shoulder dystocia to brain injuries. In addition, Mr. Dwaihy is proficient with selecting appropriate experts, as well as cross-examining opposing witnesses.
A member of the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office, Mr. Dwaihy is admitted to practice in federal and state courts. He also earned his International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy certificate in 2006.
