Judy A. Entrekin

Judy A. Entrekin, who is a member of Plunkett Cooney’s Flint office, provides paralegal support to attorneys in several of the firm’s practice areas, including general, commercial and consumer litigation; governmental liability; title insurance law; real estate and insurance coverage.

With over 20 years of experience in the legal profession, Ms. Entrekin is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of litigation and related files. This includes the preparation of pleadings, answers to complaints, requests for admissions, interrogatories, requests for production, witness lists, FOIA requests, discovery responses, motions, pre-trial statements, jury instructions, timelines, and records preparation and retrieval.

Ms. Entrekin’s trial experience includes preparing expert witness materials, medical summaries, deposition summaries, affidavits, trial notebooks and exhibits, as well as organizing complex litigation documents and maintaining document databases.
