Mieke M. Parker

A paralegal in Plunkett Cooney’s Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, Mieke M. Parker focuses her practice primarily in the area of loan workouts, including the analysis of current loan documentation and drafting of new documentation for loan restructuring and refinance.

In addition, Ms. Parker, who is a member of the firm’s Bloomfield Hills office, handles bankruptcies, foreclosures and litigation that stems from defaulting loans and noncompliant borrowers.

Prior to joining Plunkett Cooney, Ms. Parker worked as a legal assistant for a Southfield-based law firm where she was responsible for reviewing and preparing bankruptcy matters and loan workout documents. Ms. Parker also previously worked as a legal secretary/paralegal for several law firms in metropolitan Detroit, one of which served as national counsel for Ford Motor Company and specialized in seatback/rollover product liability litigation.
