Dwight G. Conger focuses his practice primarily in the area of construction litigation. A senior litigator in the firm’s Detroit office, Mr. Conger has authored two books on construction accident litigation. He also has extensive expertise in the area of contractural indemnification and works with clients to ensure their contracts protect their business interests and limit their legal liability.
Representative Client Work
- Represented major general contractors and project owners in multi-million dollar construction accident litigation involving catastrophic injuries, deaths and property damage
- Recovered over $1,000,000 on a contractual indemnity claim for a major commercial and consumer supplier of electricity
- Has successfully defended general contractors in asbestos liability lawsuits
- Has authored construction contract documents, safety programs and accident investigation protocols for general contractor and subcontractor clients
