A partner the firm’s Detroit office, Jennifer G. Damico concentrates her practice in the areas of complex litigation, municipal law and general civil litigation. She is also a member of the firm’s Mold/Toxin Liability and Coverage Law and Trucking & Transportation Liability practice groups.
Ms. Damico received her undergraduate degree in 1991 from Michigan State University and her law degree in 1994 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school, she received the Presidential Scholarship, worked as Case & Comment Editor for the Law Review.

- Mohamad Amad v Lowe’s Home Center, Inc., 04-CV-72978 (E.D. Mich.)[Plaintiff claimed that as he was walking by vertically stocked basement stanchions when one fell, striking him on the head and causing him to land on a metal stocking ladder. Plaintiff underwent two laminectomies to his lumbar spine, which he claims were unsuccessful and rendered him unable to work. A verdict of no cause of action was rendered in favor of the defendant stating that Lowe’s was not negligent.]
