Charles H. Gano is a 1976 graduate of Case Western Reserve Law School and has been a practicing trial attorney in northern Michigan since that time.
Mr. Gano has developed special litigation skills in defending medical malpractice and hospital liability cases involving birth trauma claims; cardiology matters; emergency/urgent care liability; timely diagnoses of cancer; radiology claims; pediatric care; endocrinology; internal medicine; orthopedic interventions including hip replacement, knee replacement, carpal tunnel release, spinal infections; anesthesia claims; Lasik vision correction; bariatric surgery; vascular bypass; catastrophic injury arising from skiing/snowboarding. He also consults on general healthcare issues. Mr. Gano also practices in the areas of employment law, general trial practice, resort/ski liability and association law.
He is currently an active member in the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys, the National Health Lawyers Association and the Michigan Society of Hospital Attorneys.
