Representative Client Work
Insurance coverage
- Serves as a trusted advisor to a large Michigan mutual insurer, providing policy drafting and marketing advice, coverage analysis and litigation services
- Represented a large excess carrier in the breast implant coverage litigation, including trial of that matter
- Represented insurers in ERISA benefits decision with appeals to the Sixth Circuit, ERISA fiduciaries in breach of fiduciary claims, ERISA benefits consultants in professional liability claims
Healthcare Litigation
- Serves as trusted advisor to state-wide social service organization, providing litigation and regulatory services in the area of assisted living, foster care and independent living settings
- National coordinating counsel for large retail chain pharmacy, overseeing all pharmacy-related litigation and advising on regulatory and reporting matters
