  • Obtained judgments for more than $10,000,000 on behalf of a national insurance carrier in workers’ compensation premium fraud cases
  • Successfully defended largest worldwide agricultural producer in antitrust and breach of contract action
  • Successfully defended a national adjusting firm in a wrongful death case seeking more than $10,000,000 in damages
