George M. Head is a partner in Plunkett Cooney’s Bloomfield Hills office who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, including UCC sales and security interests, negotiable instruments, Tier 1 automotive supplier contracts, business torts, trusts, probate and construction litigation.

Representative Client Work

• Obtained judgments for more than $10,000,000 on behalf of a national insurance carrier in workers’ compensation premium fraud cases
• Successfully defended largest worldwide agricultural producer in antitrust and breach of contract action
• Successfully defended a national adjusting firm in a wrongful death case seeking more than $10,000,000 in damages
• Obtained favorable settlement on behalf of an international Tier 1 automotive supplier in a dispute involving design and manufacture of progressive dies
• Represented international steel concern in federal court RICO and breach of contract action
• Obtained a case dismissal on behalf of a national HVAC manufacturer in a significant breach of contract action
• Obtained a $1,200,000 judgment for an international manufacturer in a security foreclosure action for specialized manufacturing equipment
