Gene Hullinghorst has been a member of Plunkett Cooney since 1993. She concentrates her litigation practice in the areas of municipal liability and general liability.
Prior to joining Plunkett Cooney, Ms. Hullinghorst worked in the private sector in finance. She also served as a law clerk in the United States District Court, which has provided here with insight into and a familiarity with litigation in the federal courts. Her previous work experience and business training enhances her ability to represent clients in litigation by understanding their operations and business goals.
