- Following a two-week jury trial, obtained a verdict in favor of a county sheriff’s department, which was facing claims totaling more than $2,400,000 for abuse of process, breach of contract and related allegations pertaining to an Internet web site dispute.
- Collected a $76,000 judgment on behalf of a commercial food wholesaler.
- Analyzed Mortgage Company’s e-mail advertising campaign to ensure CAN-SPAM Act compliance
- Developed web site terms of use, privacy policy, licensing and product access agreements, for an Internet secure document storage company client’s online business.
