Katherine D. Lamb

A member of the firm’s Kalamazoo office, Katherine D. Lamb concentrates her practice in municipal law, primarily in the areas of civil rights and workers’ compensation law. Her practice also includes the representation of title insurance companies in lawsuits pertaining to title defects.

Ms. Lamb is a 1979 graduate of Michigan State University, and she received her law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1982.

• Defended a major corporation and received a no-cause of action regarding whether an independent contractor was an employee of the corporation for purposes of workers’ compensation wage loss benefits
