Reinhard H. Lemke is an attorney in the firm’s Business Law Department and the Real Estate/Transactional Practice Group. He concentrates his practice on assisting foreign and othre companies in Michigan and other parts of the United States with a wide range of legal and economic development services. In addition, he assists executives and managers with their visa and immigration needs.

He also serves as the “point of contact” in Michigan for the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany (Am Cham Germany), offering complete business services for establishing or operating a business in Michigan. His strong relationship with chambers of commerce and businesses on both sides of the Atlantic provide foreign clients with a comprehensive service package.

Mr. Lemke served as vice president and in-house counsel for 10 years at a large German/Swiss company. Through his experience as a corporate executive, he understands the importance of the individualized legal needs of foreign companies.  His extensive experience in both Germany and Michigan enables him to meet his clients’ cross-cultural needs.
