Scott K. Lites

Bloomfield Hills partner Scott K. Lites currently serves as a member of Plunkett Cooney's Board of Directors and is Chairman of the firm's Finance Committee.

Mr. Lites, a member of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group, focuses his practice in the areas of corporate law, banking and finance, real estate and healthcare law. 

Mr. Lites represents clients in all aspects of commercial transactions, including the negotiating and drafting of complex business agreements related to the sale, purchase and leasing of real estate, franchise operations, business dispositions and all related financing issues.

A member of Michigan and Texas bar associations and the American Health Lawyers Association, Mr. Lites is also a certified player agent with the National Hockey League Players Association and a member of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors.
