William J. Lynch is a member of the firm’s Detroit office. Mr. Lynch represents a variety of different clients in several areas of law. He represents leading national rental car companies in the defense of Michigan Liability and No Fault Personal Injury (PIP) protection benefits claims. Mr. Lynch also specializes in premises liability and motor vehicle (auto/trucking) negligence. His expertise includes defending real estate brokers and agents in professional liability claims.
In addition, Mr. Lynch has extensive experience defending the interests of recreational marine insurers and their insureds against small and large loss recreational boating claims. He also defends clients in claims involving product, pharmaceutical and liquor liability.
