Mr. Lynch represents leading national rental car companies in defense of liability injury claims and Michigan No Fault Personal Injury (PIP) protection benefits claims. His professional liability practice involves the defense of real estate brokers and agent in defense of professional liability claims. In addition, Mr. Lynch has extensive experience defending the interests of recreational marine insurers and their insureds against small and large loss recreational boating claims.
