A member of Plunkett Cooney’s Business Law Department, Mackenzie Moore is an associate attorney working in the firm’s Chicago office. She is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation & Title Insurance practice groups.

Ms. Moore’s litigation defense practice includes expertise in complex commercial liability matters, lender liability disputes, consumer protection actions, transportation liability claims involving catastrophic injuries and death, premises liability cases and professional errors and omissions claims. She also has experience in the areas of real estate litigation and title insurance law.

Having previously served as in-house counsel to a manufacturing company, Ms. Moore advises her corporate clients on a range of business issues from buy/sell agreements and real estate transactions to commercial litigation and regulatory compliance. Her practice also include experience in the areas of corporate governance and restructuring, contract law, trademarks and employment-related issues.
