Many employers are still scratching their heads about complying with the recently-enacted Michigan Paid Medical Leave Act (PMLA).
Further complicating things is notion that only one fact truly matters if employers are to correctly respond to employee leave requests under the PMLA and the Family & Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
This complimentary webinar provided attendees with an overview about each law, then dove into a scenario-based review that demonstrated how to analyze employee leave requests in light of today’s complex state and federal regulatory environment. In addition, attendees learned how just one fact matters when responding to leave requests.
