Topic Overview

It’s one of the most frequently asked questions of Plunkett Cooney attorneys: What is case evaluation? Of course, there are also several common follow up questions such as:

  • Why is case evaluation important?
  • Can it be avoided?
  • How long will the process take?
  • Can it help resolve our dispute?

The short answer is that case evaluation is a part of Michigan’s Alternative Dispute Resolution system, and unfortunately in most cases, it cannot be avoided.

This webinar provided attendees with an in-depth review of the aspects of case evaluation, including jurisdictional issues, sanctions and what it means if the process fails to help the parties reach a resolution in the case.

Who Should review This Webinar?

This is a must review webinar for business owners, risk managers, insurance claims professionals, commercial insurance agents, facility managers, human resource professionals, office/business managers and public officials.
