How did That Happen?
Protecting Your Company in a 'BYOD' Era

Originally Held: June 12, 2014
Time: Noon to 1:15 p.m. (EDT)
Cost: Complimentary

Presented by Courtney L. Nichols

Topic Overview:

We are living and working in a “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) era. For many employers, it is cheaper to allow their employees to conduct company business on their personal cell phones, laptops or tablets than to provide such costly devices. But the cost savings associated with this policy also brings certain risks.

This webinar, presented by employment law attorney Courtney L. Nichols, provided attendees with guidance on the risks inherent with working in a BYOD era. Ms. Nichols also discussed how to manage those risks and how to structure your company policies to ensure compliance with federal and state law.
