Detroit Unlikely to get $50M Back From Biz on Pre-bankruptcy Claims

The City of Detroit will likely settle much of the litigation it has initiated against its own vendors in an effort to recoup some of the approximately $50 million it paid out just prior to entering Chapter 13 municipal bankruptcy, according to Plunkett Cooney attorney Doug Bernstein.
