PDFPaglia join firm’s Insurance Law Practice Group
Attorney Olivia M. Paglia recently joined Plunkett Cooney, one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest law firms, as a member of its Insurance Law Practice Group.
Paglia represents leading property and casualty insurance companies
in coverage cases throughout the Midwest. Her practice involves handling a variety of policy disputes, including environmental contamination, construction defect and high-exposure product liability claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Paglia worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Murray of the Michigan Court of Appeals, as well as a research attorney for the appellate court's research division.
A member of the State Bar of Michigan, Paglia graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2009. While there, she received numerous academic honors, including several book awards in contracts, civil procedure and criminal law, among others. She received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Oakland University in 2006.
Plunkett Cooney is recognized as one of the nation’s leading law firms for insurance coverage litigation. Several members of the firm’s Insurance Law Practice Group have been awarded the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
