Natalie N. Bloyer, a senior attorney in Plunkett Cooney’s Banking, Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, Business and Real Estate Transactional practice groups, focuses her practice on loan workouts, loan originations and real estate and corporate matters.

Ms. Bloyer represents regional and national financial institutions, including special servicers and lenders, as well as corporate clients in a variety of financing, real estate and commercial transactions.

Ms. Bloyer has experience in a variety of commercial transactions, including preparing, drafting and negotiating business entity formation, maintenance and reorganization documents, real estate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easement agreements, management agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, sales representative agreements, loan origination and loan modification documents.


  • Assisted in the representation of an Italian-based automotive parts company in the closing of a $75,000,000 loan refinance
  • Assisted in representation of a Michigan-based company in a series of commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions totaling $3.9 million, which transactions were part of a like kind exchange under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code, including drafting and negotiating purchase, exchange, loan and title closing documents
  • Assisted with the dissolution and maintenance of numerous international entities of a major national corporation, including the review and drafting of various corporate documents
  • Represented a national bank in connection with a $1.3 million loan origination, which involved drafting the loan agreements, notes, mortgages, security agreements, assignments of rents, and guaranties
  • Negotiated and drafted numerous commercial leases on behalf a landlord of a 57,000-square foot retail property
  • Assisted with the complex reorganization and refinancing of a fitness enterprise (with over 20 separate operating entities and additional real estate or corporate holding companies) and drafted a management agreement, employee leasing agreement, membership interest assignments, operating agreements, resolutions, and a variety of other agreements and documents necessary to accomplish such reorganization
