A member of the firm's Tort & Litigation Practice Group, Macy R. Abdallah focuses her practice in the areas of premises liability, trusts and estates law, municipal law and tax law.
Ms. Abdallah, who is fluent in Arabic and conversant in French, represents national retailers and restaurants in disputes involving premises liability claims, security guard litigation, general negligence claims and mold litigation.
As part of her trusts and estates practice, Ms. Abdallah works with clients to develop comprehensive, lifetime plans to manage their assets, to protect these assets from unforeseen circumstances and to coordinate the tax-efficient transfer of wealth during her clients' lifetime and upon their death.
Ms. Abdallah's tax law experience includes handling matters involving international tax law, corporate and partnerships tax law, and gift and estate tax.
