Jessica D. Mathis is an attorney in the firm's Transactional Practice Group who focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and business transactions. Her extensive experience in the area of real estate law focuses on the representation of property owners, borrowers and tenants in commercial transactions such as acquisitions, leasing, financing, construction and property management.

Ms. Mathis' business law practice heavily concentrates on closing business transactions for her clients. She routinely provides transactional support services such as contract negotiations, drafting and compliance review, title review, auditing corporate and regulatory records, and providing entity formation services for a variety of business enterprises.

Ms. Mathis’ experience in representing corporations, real estate developers, municipalities, lenders, and individuals has provided her with an understanding of multiple business perspectives and helps her efficiently complete transactions for her clients. Her cannabis practice focuses exclusively on commercial real estate transactions.
