Plunkett Cooney attorneys author Secured Finance Compendium

10.01.2019

Attorneys and staff from Plunkett Cooney, one of the Midwest’s oldest and most accomplished law firms, recently authored the Michigan Secured Finance Compendium to be published later this year by the Secured Finance Network.

Plunkett Cooney Attorney Kelly Shefferly and Law Librarian Kevin Barry took the lead on the project, which addresses all aspects of secured finance law in Michigan. Partners Douglas C. Bernstein and Patrick Lannen served as compendium editors.

“This was an opportunity for us to work with a respected organization in the secured finance world that heard about us through a client recommendation,” said Bernstein, who serves as Plunkett Cooney’s Business Law Department Leader. “This compendium provides a detailed look at all aspect of secured finance under state law.”

Access to the compendium through the Secured Finance Network is subscription based. Members may click here for details about the network and to access the updated compendium subscription page, which also includes numerous other states.
