Bio

Donna M. Waldron, a member of firm’s Detroit office, provides paralegal support in the areas of class action litigation, product liability, medical liability and mold/toxin liability.

Ms. Waldron assists in maintaining the integrity of files and general file management, including the preparation of witness lists, document indexes, timelines, record retrieval and preparation, record/deposition summaries and trial notebooks. She also has contact with clients, opposing counsel, experts and the courts.

Prior to joining Plunkett Cooney, Ms. Waldron worked as a paralegal with a Detroit based firm focusing on medical liability, motor vehicle liability and product liability. She also has previous work experience as a district secretary for a national retail chain.
