Emily G. Robinson is a paralegal in the firm's Grand Rapids office who focuses her practice in the areas of motor vehicle negligence and no fault law.

Ms. Robinson coordinates the preparation of litigation files on behalf of her clients. She assists with discovery and expert witness retention, preparing attorneys for depositions and trial, as well as preparation of motions, pleadings, and database management.

With respect to cases involving fraudulent or suspicious claims, Ms. Robinson conducts legal investigative research that includes securing and reviewing various public records, as well as obtaining and summarizing extensive medical, employment and academic records for use during case development and at trial.

A former claim specialist and representative for a national insurance carrier, Ms. Robinson has extensive experience working with policy holders, attorneys, medical providers, auto service providers and other constituents on complex ligation and bodily injury claims.
