Bio
Cynthia Sundberg is a paralegal in the firm’s Grand Rapids office. She assists members of the Transportation Law Practice Group in litigation that focuses on insurance-related claims involving no-fault law and first- and third-party matters.
Ms. Sundberg coordinates the preparation of litigation files on behalf of her clients. She also maintains and manages documents for review/analysis in preparation for trial. Ms. Sundberg also conducts legal investigative research that includes securing and reviewing various public records, as well as obtaining and summarizing extensive medical, employment, and academic records for use during case development and trial.
A no-fault coverage specialist for a national insurance company for over 18 years, Ms. Sundberg has extensive experience handling first-party claims and litigation involving the Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association. Forr approximately 10 years, she represented the insurance provider in depositions, facilitations, settlement conferences and trials involving Michigan's No-Fault Law.
