Bio

David M. Boutrous is a paralegal in the firm's Bloomfield Hills office who focuses his practice in the areas of motor vehicle negligence and No-Fault Law.

Mr. Boutrous works with attorneys to help coordinate the preparation of litigation files from pre-suit to trial. He assists with discovery and expert witness retention, facilitating independent medical examinations, preparing attorneys for depositions and trial, as well as preparation of motions, pleadings, discovery requests and database management.

In addition, Mr. Boutrous conducts legal investigative research that includes securing and reviewing various public records and privileged information, as well as obtaining and summarizing medical records for use during case development and at trial.
