Bio
Jessica L. Wolverton is a member of Plunkett Cooney's Transportation Law Practice Group who focuses her paralegal practice in the areas of vehicle negligence, including first- and third-party auto liability litigation.
A member of the Bloomfield Hills office, Ms. Wolverton has extensive experience assisting attorneys with the preparation of litigation files. She also maintains and manages documents for review and analysis in preparation for trial.
In addition, Ms. Wolverton assists with discovery, medical records analysis, witness intake and lists, subpoenas, Freedom of Information Act requests, record retrieval and preparation, as well as motions and orders. Ms. Wolverton's duties also include investigative research of social media, public records, photographs and medical and school records.
Ms. Wolverton received her post baccalaureate paralegal certificate, cum laude, from Oakland Community College and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from William Tyndale College.
