Sarah L. Slama is a paralegal in Plunkett Cooney’s Indianapolis office who primarily provides support to attorneys in the firm's Transportation Law Practice Group. Ms. Slama also provides assistance with matters in the areas of product liability, premises liability, personal injury and high-exposure litigation.
Ms. Slama is responsible for managing discovery, including the review and/or analysis of document intensive files. She assists attorneys with depositions and the preparation of related exhibits. Ms. Slama prepares motions, pleadings, obtains and summarizes extensive records (i.e., medical, employment, educational), conducts legal research and completes other investigative tasks.
In addition to providing paralegal support in the area of litigation, Ms. Slama has experience with legislative research, Chapter 13 bankruptcy and construction law.
