She also works with clients who have philanthropic interests, integrating charitable giving into their estate plans to achieve planning objectives with lasting impact and to create legacies that endure.

Joe Peterson PhotoJoe Peterson is a senior attorney who leads Plunkett Cooney’s tax law practice. He works with individuals, business owners and corporate executives to resolve IRS and state tax controversies and engages in tax planning to manage business risk and to protect his clients’ interests when litigation arises. Joe routinely works with the IRS and other state taxing authorities to proactively resolve issues and to mitigate tax liability.
