Topic Overview:

When it comes to compliance, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) are two of the most challenging laws for employers.

This webinar took a deep dive into the complexities of both laws with a particular focus on accommodations under the ADA (and Michigan’s Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act) and the prevention and handling of FMLA leave abuse by employees.
