Few things in life remain the same. This is certainly true when it comes to employee accommodation requests under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA).

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a seismic shift in most workplaces, and requests for leaves and accommodations are part of what we consider the new age of reasonable. This webinar reviewed this new normal and provide employers with the latest thinking on how to assess and make decisions about traditional and pandemic inspired FMLA and ADA requests, including managing a proverbial flood of remote work requests.
