Webinar Overview:

It seems like every time you turn on the news or see a smartphone update, there has been another instance of gun violence. The workplace is certainly not immune.

In a unique webinar round table discussion, four of our most experienced employment law attorneys addressed the issue of gun and other violence in the workplace and what employers can do to limit occurrences and how they should respond should such an unfortunate situation arise.

Specific topics included workplace policies and procedures, security considerations, the proliferation of favorable conceal and carry laws and the application of related employment law statutes, including the use of the “direct threat” analysis under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Intended Audience:

This webinar was designed to benefit business owners, executives and human resources professionals.
