Plunkett Cooney attorney and webinar moderator Mary Massaron was joined by a distinguished panel of jurists, including Michigan Supreme Court Justice Megan K. Cavanagh, Fourth District Court of Appeals Judge Stephen L. Borrello and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Richard A. Griffin. They spoke candidly and provided pragmatic suggestions about things you should avoid doing when drafting briefs or things you say while presenting oral arguments.
