Detroit Credit Swaps May Set Tone for Other Creditors

According to Plunkett Cooney Attorney Doug Bernstein, an impending ruling by U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Steven Rhodes on a $285 million settlement and post-petition financing deal between the City of Detroit and two of its lenders could indicate how other creditors will fare in the city's ongoing bankruptcy.
