Retirees Continue Struggle Five Years After Detroit Files for Bankruptcy

The national news crews are long gone, and many of today's headlines about the city of Detroit accentuate the many positive things going on as the city climbs slowly back from the financial abyss. But the retirees who made the comeback story possible by agreeing to massive retirement concessions continue to carry the burden of the bankruptcy filing five years ago today.
