Bio

Gena Elam is a member of the firm's Indianapolis office who focuses her paralegal practice in the areas of vehicle negligence and first- and third-party auto liability litigation. She also assists attorneys with premises liability matters.

Ms. Elam works with Plunkett Cooney attorneys to prepare litigation files, and she maintains and manages documents for attorney review and analysis in preparation for trial.

In addition, Ms. Elam assists with discovery, medical records analysis, witness intake and lists, subpoenas, record retrieval and preparation, as well as motions and orders. 

Ms. Elam received her paralegal certificate from Harrison College in 2016.
