Drone use and related-regulatory issues are constantly emerging as civilians and public entities integrate themselves into our nation’s airspace system. Sharing the skies with other aircraft presents safety and regulatory problems with respect to the FAA. This interactive webinar addressed how law enforcement agencies are utilizing drones today and reviewed regulatory considerations, search and seizure issues, warrantless search concerns and governmental immunity applicability.
