Diversity Leadership


Since 2002, Plunkett Cooney's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee has met Plunkett Cooney Diversity Teammonthly to address issues pertinent to the recruiting, hiring and retaining employees. Meetings follow a formal agenda and regular reports are issued to the firm’s management team and Board of Directors.

Audrey J. Forbush and Danielle Chidiac serve as co-chairs of the firm's DEI Committee. Members of the committee focus on moving the firm further along the diversity continuum by achieving the overarching firm goals of reflecting the population of the communities in which we work and live and creating an environment of mutual respect and equal opportunity for all.
