Plunkett Cooney, one of the Midwest’s oldest and largest law firms, continues the expansion of its office in Indianapolis, Indiana with the recent addition of senior attorney, Pamela A. Paige.

Paige, a veteran attorney with over 20 years experience, has a wide ranging litigation practice that includes such areas as trucking and transportation liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, general liability and product liability.

Paige represents national and regional clients either directly or through their insurance providers in state and federal litigation in Indiana, New York, New Jersey and in Washington, D.C. Her clients include product manufacturers, insurance providers and motor carriers, among many others.

Paige has particular expertise in defending general liability cases involving slip, trip and falls, as well as property damage and personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle and trucking accidents. Her product liability practice includes particular expertise with manufacturing tools, automotive components, recreational vehicles and mass produced food. In addition, she represents clients in medical malpractice claims and title insurance matters.

A member of several professional organizations, including the International Association of Defense Counsel and Transportation Lawyers Association, Paige has spoken at numerous seminars and has participated in the Indiana Bar program focusing on legal education for students in local school districts.

Paige received her law degree from Pace University School of Law in 1989. After graduation, she gained valuable legal experience by serving as a clerk for the Hon. Robert Hamer of the Bergan County Superior Court. She received her undergraduate degree from California State University in 1984.
